Shop Rate

- Our shop rate is $55.00 per hour. This rate applies for all jobs including diagnostics.

Guarantee

- We guarantee all work for 1 year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. In order for the warranty to be valid the customer must have all recommended work done using new parts only. For more about our guarantee please visit our Policies page.

General Repair Procedure

- We repair vehicles on an appointment only, first come first served basis. If a customer comes in with an emergency (as determined by High Tech management) they may become first priority. For more on this policy please see our Policies page.
